A Providence, RI, native, Connie and her husband Danny raised five children before moving to Harwich Port in 1978. Having previously developed her interest in art with Bob Pomfret, Connie continued her studies here with Lillian Whiteman. More recently, she has taken art classes with Vivien Oswell, Milton Welt, and Larry Folding.

Connie enjoys painting with oil and watercolor, and is also interested in learning about pastel. Her subjects include landscape and floral still life, as well as birds. She has always had an abiding interest in wildlife of all sorts.
